Software Services
NCES invented this data base program to meet the needs for multi-unit facility inspections. With a click of a mouse you can retrieve all lead-based paint hazards in each unit and/or asbestos containing materials in entire facilities. We would like an opportunity to demonstrate this data base program to prospective Customers. HMIM is a comprehensive inventory management application that provides both a visual and textual description of items within a facility. HMIM links an extensive relational database to an image library, a drawings library, and a forms library. Information can be found and viewed within seconds whether the application is configured to manage the inventory of a single material in a single building or multiple materials located in thousands of buildings at hundreds of facilities spread across multiple business units.
Inventory Types Currently Available and are in Use Asbestos and Lead Based Paint

Allowing users to view data graphically from multiple sources such as hazardous material inventories overlaid with architectural drawings. Our target to complete Version 5.0 2004 Release, which will include GIS Interface, is scheduled for the end of year 2004.
